The Social Neuroscience of Relationships, Attachment & Caregiving

Registration and Abstract Submission

Participation / Attendance Modes

Conference participation / attendance is possible in different modes.

Participation / Attendance with Presentation
Early career researchers are strongly encouraged to submit presentation abstracts for talks / oral or poster presentations. Talks / oral presentations can be requested either in person or remotely. Posters can only be presented in person – although posters can be requested to be uploaded to the online conference repository for attendees to be accessed asynchronously.

Abstracts should include original work (already obtained data, projects being currently carried out or in preparation) within the scope of the conference topic and ideally comprise at least one social neuroscience method (i.e., physiology, endocrinology, brain activation & synchrony), although behavioural data is also going to be considered.

Participation / Attendance without Presentation (as a Listener only)
Conference participation / attendance is possible as a listener only, both in person or remotely.

Deadline for abstract submission is June 15, 2023. A selection committee will then evaluate all submissions and decisions will be sent out by June 30, 2023.

Participation without presentation (as a listener only) can be requested until shortly before the conference dates.

Fees:
In-person attendance for 2 days: GBP 100.00
In-person attendance for 1 day: GBP 60.00

Remote attendance for 2 days: GBP 50.00
Remote attendance for 1 day: GBP 30.00

In-person attendance fees comprise catering (lunch as well as coffee/tee and snacks throughout the day).

Payment of fees will be requested in July / August.
